I personally like this place! There are a lot of milk tea stores in town but this is my favorite. Today my friend and I went there to get Black Rock Oolong milk tea with coffee jelly. My friend wanted to order 30% sugars and she thought less sugar was supposed to be 30% so she ordered less sugar. But it turned out less sugar was 70%. We talked to the staff about the misunderstanding, surprisingly they remade it for free! They are so nice!!! Please come here and they will provide the best service for you 🎈

I used to frequent here a year ago and it was the best boba around, I came back today and was severely disappointed with the quality and taste of the drinks and food. The drinks tasted like plain milk, no flavor or sweetness at all. The chocolate bun just had unmelted chocolate chips in it. Made me laugh a little but it was not good or fun to eat. Very hard. The staff was very friendly and kind but the food was subpar.

Yuri, one of the cashiers, has amazing customer service. She made sure that my son and I liked our drinks before we left the establishment. The drinks came quickly as well! I ordered the Brûlée Brown Sugar, and Strawberry Matcha, and for my son he had the Mango Mango Slush (no cheese foam). He didn’t quite like his order (he said it has an aftertaste he wasn’t fond of) and Yuri took initiative to see if he would like to try something different and he ended up with a Strawberry Milk Tea. It was merely the fact that she made it her business to make sure he liked his drink and I truly appreciate her for that. It’s rare in customer service now. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you, Yuri!

My spouse’s and I first time here. Just like to say a must have!! First the workers are extremely nice and well knowledgeable about the menu, to the point that we asked for their opinion and ordered them. The place is very calm and a perfect spot for a study area. The food is also 10/10 and I’m not much of a foody person when it comes to study spots! But the quality of each drink and entrees are excellent!! We ordered the white peach oolong milk tea. (8/10) Popping boba mango tea (10/10) Koala chicken popcorn (10/10) Tempura shrimp sandwich (100/10) so good! Then had a variety of house bakery breads and asked for them to warmed…soooo good. Definitely worth a try All for 36$

One of my favorite places to get coffee and pastries. Always a great vibe. Prices are fair in portions are plentiful it would definitely find what you're looking for here.
